The Apartment was well equipped having everything thing we needed to self cater when needed. Comfortable sleeping, with useful showers one of which is ensuite. Heating was easy to control to suit are comfort levels, especially as it turned suddenly cold. Access via the lift was easy and we found no problem in unloading and loading our suitcases and bags. Plenty of parking spaces and a turning area is available. Lovely location and great views out across the channel. Also being close to Lynton shops allowed us to take a short walk out and browse, stopping for a coffee or two, especially if the weather was inclement as it was during our stay. Fortunately no snow as its rather hilly in every direction. Had a nice autumn break week stay.

Excellent location with parking. Very nice apartment. Close to all the eating places in Lynton and a nice view. Having booked the Penthouse apartment, a lift was very useful, particularly as we are in our late 70s. Thank you we enjoyed our holiday very much.

Fantastic location within a very short walk of everything you need, with superb views from the lounge and both bedrooms. Very well equipped, tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. I have been visiting Lynton and Lynmouth for over 50 years, and this lovely apartment is top of the my list of places I have stayed in.

The apartment's in a good location - within walking distance of shops, cafes and restaurants - with great views. It's tastefully furnished and decorated with interesting artwork and is comfortable and well-equipped. We had an enjoyable week's stay in March/April with good weather.

Fantastic location with amazing views and a bonus of having parking. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars in the area to visit. Lynmouth just a short walk away and if you don't feel like walking back up the hill you can get the cliff railway.

What a stunning apartment . View was incredible, got up early most days for the amazing sunrise. Definitely going again. Lots of restaurants to choose from that are only minutes walk away and Valley of the Rocks just 20mins along the cliff path!.

Penthouse channel view cottage was such a gem of a find. Stunning views, beautifully dressed, well equiped and perfect location. Literally a 5 min walk from the top of the funicular railway and 2 mins into lynton town with its cafs, restaurants, gift shops and local convenience stores. Would highly recommend.

The apartment has a super position with great views over the bay. It is well designed and equipped and the heating and drying facilities all worked well. The lift to the second floor was very welcome with heavy luggage. Parking was never a problem. The flat is only a short walk from the centre of Lynton, where there is a good selection of places to eat. Lynton is a great centre for some spectacular walks along the coast and I don't think we could have chosen a better place to stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends.

Enjoyed every moment of my stay. Loved the simplicity of design - just perfect - a real home from home for me. All of this coupled with the location of the apartment were a winning combination for my needs. I shall be back!
